I will dominate 'credible boxer' Jake Paul - Joshua
Anthony Joshua is set to fight Jake Paul in an eight-round match which will be shown in real-time on the streaming platform.
Briton Joshua stated he will "stamp all over" Jake Paul and "overpower" his opponent as the two fighters confronted each other to build hype for the upcoming boxing match.
Former two time unified title holder Anthony Joshua meets YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, on paper, a massive disparity - at Miami Kaseya Center on 19 December.
Fighter's Mindset
"I will injure his face and break his body up. I aim to demonstrate I'm the better fighter," Joshua, 35, declared.
"I will dominate him completely. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I'm going to genuinely try to hurt him. That's my goal."
Respectful Exchange
In spite of those words, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and social media star Paul - usually famous for his theatrics - exchanged pleasantries and remained civil with each other.
Paul instead targeted former Joshua's opponent the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "not serious" after the Cameroonian rejected a match opportunity.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Joshua, in the meantime, took aim at British opponent Fury - and declined a £1m bet 'Tyson Fury' says he will place on a Paul win.
"[Paul] outshines Tyson Fury - he's present here," the boxer stated.
"I acknowledge that."
Serious Opponent
Despite declaring he will punish Paul, Anthony Joshua refused to comment unfavorably about his rival's fighting skills.
"Jake is a legitimate boxer," he remarked.
Paul's History
Paul - who first rose to fame on the television network - has mainly fought MMA fighters or declining opponents since becoming pro.
He was defeated by Briton Tommy Fury in last year.
Commercial Success
Still, the relative newcomer is still one of the sport's biggest financial successes, regularly earning huge earnings.
Forecast and Belief
The 28-year-old anticipated a KO victory in rounds four or five and stated he would stop the long-awaited match between Joshua and Fury, which is allegedly in the works for two years from now.
"It's going to be my match with Fury in the coming year," Paul declared.
